The marzipan

It is used when making fine pastries and confectionery: marzipan fruit, fillings and decorations for desserts.
The percentage indicated on the packaging corresponds to the quantity of almond in the finished product (i.e.: 26% for basic marzipan, 33% for classic marzipan, or more)
