The pineapple

The pineapple is an herbaceous plant from the bromeliaceous family.
Prepared from fresh peeled and chopped fruit, it is then dehydrated. The pineapple is crystallized in syrup before being hot air dried. The cubes should be plain yellow in colour with ripe pineapple characteristics.
